A/ Structure
- Structural steel frame for strength and stability.

Maintenance free hot dipped galvanized steel structure.(Galvanized after it is welded)

Heavy duty 25" diameter turn table bearings imported from Germany

Unique design allowing to up-grade EuroXciser from a 4 to 5 or 6 horses.
Cables are 1/4" diameter (7x19) Galvanized with forged galvanized Turnbuckle adjustments.
Cables are rated for 7000 lbs (arms are 250 lbs) and totally out of reach of horses

B/ Partition (See picture right)

Partitions are 7' wide by 5' high, made of 3/16th welded and galvanized wire.

Rubber guards on the bottom and sides for safety

Outside diameter can be adjusted on site if fence not set up properly by adjusting partitions position on arms.

Partitions are mounted onto arms with insulated articulated hinges for complete safety.

Electrical fencer and wiring for partitions included. on/off from panel (110V).

In 2003 Euro Gait-Master improved strength and flexibility of partition
These are stronger, safer and better looking than cheap chain link fences offered by more expensive competitors.

This gear/motor unit has been
designed in Germany and is made in the
United States.It is the best and strongest
unit available today with high
quality gearing offering low noise,
low maintenance and high durability.

The 1 1/5 HP 220V Electrical AC motor
runs totally silent, is energy efficient,
runs cool and offers high starting torque.

The UNICASE TM design eliminates
all risk of oil leaks
and makes this unit
virtually maintenance free.

The 1 1/5 HP AC motor added to the ratio
of this gear reducer provides ample
power and speed for EuroXcisers of all sizes.
Unlike competitors who offer scale down version
for smaller units, smaller diameter EuroXcisers
have the same powertrain than the larger units,
which allow clients to upgrade their EuroXcisers
later without major changes and costs.

This Gear/motor unit is connected directly
to the turn table bearing through a special
coupling able to handle shocks and
mis-alignement, it does not require any chain
or belt, eliminating all maintenance.

PRO-LITE SERIE TECHNICAL DATA

The PRO-LITE Serie was designed for smaller farms or operation at race Tracks where space can be an issue.
This unit main components are the same than the PRO-SERIE and can run all day long as well.
(same warranty than on the PRO-SERIE)
